Version request-privacy-2026-11-01. James Swift (RedPando) operates AI Game Collective under LagunaForge and handles these requests. The request form and plain-text privacy@aigamecollective.com, accessibility@aigamecollective.com and security@aigamecollective.com intake addresses are for privacy rights, complaints, accessibility help and security reports. Email sender addresses are unconfirmed until checked. Attachments are not imported. It is separate from partnership applications and optional marketing.
Information we keep
We keep the contact email, optional name, request type, title, description and optional page address you provide; the original receipt date, confirmation and correspondence dates; shared replies; and the operator’s internal assessment and decision record. Access proofs, expiry times and keyed rate-limit references help protect the service. We do not ask for identity documents at initial intake.
Purpose and access
This information lets us assess and respond to the request, verify authority where necessary, investigate complaints, improve accessibility and protect the service. Legal obligations may apply to rights requests and complaints. Service administration and security also support the operator’s legitimate interests, subject to applicable rights. We do not treat reading this notice as consent to marketing.
Cloudflare provides the enabled request service, database, security checks and confirmation-email delivery. Request details and correspondence are encrypted at application level using a key derived from the site authentication secret. The site operator can decrypt them to handle the case. Operational metadata is stored separately; this is not end-to-end encryption. Access to the private operator inbox is separately authorised and requires a fresh sign-in.
Confirmation and identity
A one-use email link expires in 15 minutes and requires an explicit confirmation. A private workspace session lasts up to 24 hours. Confirming a mailbox does not prove ownership of an account or authority over somebody else’s personal data. We may ask for proportionate additional information through an appropriate private route before disclosure or a destructive change. Email confirmation does not reset the original request receipt date.
Retention and deletion
Expired access proofs, sessions and rate counters are cleaned up automatically. Confirmation-email bodies are cleared after provider acceptance or expiry; delivery records are kept for up to 31 days and recipient-free dispatch quota records for up to 62 days. The request and decision record is retained for ongoing handling and necessary accountability, with retention periods and legal-hold exceptions still under legal review. Cases are not automatically deleted while that policy is being settled. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
Your choices and complaints
You can use the request form to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, or to complain about how we handle personal data. Rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law; exceptions may apply. We record the response and reasons. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office where UK data-protection law applies.
