About

AI Game Collective is a platform for people making and playing games built with AI assistance. Learn the craft, develop your game, test it with other people and prepare to put it in players' hands.

01

Craft over tool tribalism

The game matters more than which model, engine, or workflow produced it.

02

Sources over certainty

Where rules, rights or terms matter, show the evidence and its checked date.

03

Consent before publication

Community work stays in the community unless its creator chooses otherwise.

The whole development cycle

A first prototype needs different help from a game approaching release. Our guides, tools, project pages and playtesting directory support the work between those stages: learning, building, getting feedback, improving and preparing to publish.

Use the engine and workflow that suit your game. Be clear about AI use, credit other people's work and show what players can actually try. The game and the craft matter.

Available today

Read practical guides and source-linked references, prepare an art brief in Art Desk, browse creator-approved game pages and find games asking for feedback. Connected creators can manage project details, releases, gallery selections, development updates and launch checklists.

Creator access currently uses Discord identity and projects in the connected AIGAMEDEV community. Support for more independent communities, direct media uploads and hosted builds is still being developed.

Where we are going

We want AI Game Collective to support the full journey: learning, collaboration, playtesting, deployment, publishing and finding an audience. That includes space for players, streamers and reviewers to discover the work.

A future publishing label will select games for their quality and work with their creators on release. A project listing or self-published release here is not a publishing deal, funding offer or endorsement. Publishing services and a dedicated streamer programme are not open yet.

Who runs it

James Swift (RedPando) develops and operates AI Game Collective and Byte under the LagunaForge name. Byte remains the connected Discord bot.

The AIGAMEDEV Discord and Reddit community keep their own identity. See ownership and permissions for software, community and contributor rights.
