The website and Byte

James Swift, known in the community as RedPando, independently developed and operates AI Game Collective at aigamecollective.com and Byte. LagunaForge is the name used for his software work.

Copyright © 2026 James Swift in the original software he created. The website's original software and Byte are owned by James and used to provide AI Game Collective and its connected community services.

James controls the private source repositories, software releases and the hosting accounts he uses to run these services. A community role does not grant ownership of the software or access to those accounts.

The community is separate

The AIGAMEDEV name, community domain, Discord server and Reddit community are separate from James's software and hosting. This notice makes no ownership claim over those community assets.

Using the website or Byte does not transfer ownership of James's software to the community or its administrators. It also does not transfer ownership of members' work to James.

Members and third-party work

Members retain their rights in their games, guides, images and other contributions. Publication of a contribution is separate from ownership of the platform. Attribution and the permissions applying to each contribution continue to matter.

Third-party software, fonts, assets and other materials remain subject to their respective rights and licences. This notice does not replace those licences or withdraw permissions already validly granted.

Use and enquiries

You can browse the public pages and use the available community features as intended. This does not itself grant a general licence to copy, redistribute or self-host James's original software. Existing licences and rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

For a request about reuse of James's software, contact James / RedPando through the community contact route. Permission for a member's contribution must come from its rightsholder.

This page explains ownership. It does not announce a community partnership, transfer of ownership or change to your community role. Read the privacy page for how the connected services handle data.
