Website and account terms

1 November 2026, draft 1

Working draft. Solicitor review outstanding. No acceptance of this draft is requested or recorded.

Review status

This is a working draft for legal review. Account registration and use of this preview do not record acceptance of this draft. The final contracting identity, service address, age policy and commercial terms still need to be settled.

Who operates the site

AI Game Collective is independently developed, owned and operated by James Swift (RedPando), under LagunaForge. It is separate from external Discord communities. A tool listing or external community link does not give that organisation control of site accounts or publication decisions.

Accounts and access

Use accurate contact details, keep your sign-in methods secure and use accounts and projects you are authorised to manage. Contact email, usernames and linked provider accounts are different from the internal account identifier that owns a project. Linking a provider does not transfer ownership.

Creator content

Keep the rights and permissions needed for text, assets, logos, source references and AI-generated material you submit. Do not upload credentials, unlawful material or other people’s private information. Detailed creator permissions, publication licences, suspension, removal and dispute terms need legal review before final release.

Publication and corrections

Saving a draft or requesting review does not publish it. Public projects use separately approved saved copies. A later edit stays private until approved. Withdrawal does not remove copies already saved by visitors, search engines or another service. Use the request form for errors, complaints or urgent removal concerns.

Tools, links and partner offers

Third-party products have their own terms, licences and privacy practices. A listing is not a promise about output ownership, suitability, availability or commercial rights. Any partner offer needs its own eligibility, duration, redemption, billing and renewal information before launch. No proposed partnership is created by this draft.

Paid services and future features

Paid memberships, marketplace transactions and AI Game Collective-hosted executable games are not enabled by these draft terms. Consumer cancellation, refunds, auto-renewal, creator sales, age limits and restricted-content rules need separate decisions and review before those features open.

Privacy, accessibility and complaints

The privacy notice explains current data handling. The accessibility page describes the intended standard and known verification limits. Requests and complaints can be made without creating a site account. Confirming an email proves control of that mailbox, not authority over someone else’s account or data. Marketing remains optional and separate.

Clauses reserved for legal review

The solicitor must settle the final service commitments, permitted use, content licence, moderation and appeals, liability, mandatory consumer rights, termination, notices, governing law and jurisdiction. This draft makes no compliance certification or final risk allocation.
