Submission and ownership
Creators retain their rights in submitted material and must have permission to use third-party material. Confirm the provenance, licences and commercial-use conditions of AI tools and outputs. A provider connection or matching email address does not change project ownership.
Publication scope
A reviewer approves a specific saved project or article revision. Private drafts, launch checklist answers and internal review records are excluded from public projections. The final licence to host, transform, distribute and promote approved content, including permitted sublicensing and withdrawal effects, needs solicitor approval.
Reports and decisions
Provide a page address and explanation through the request form to report an issue or challenge a decision. The final moderation, appeals, intellectual-property notice process, prohibited-content policy, age approach and online-safety assessment must be agreed before the relevant features launch.
