Updated 1 November 2026. Public browsing does not use advertising trackers or visitor analytics. Security processing and browser-local tools are described below. We review this inventory when a feature or provider changes.
Sign-in and abuse prevention
Native account session cookies are host-only, Secure and HttpOnly on HTTPS, with SameSite protection. Sessions last up to seven days. Temporary sign-in, enrolment and verification state supports secure authentication. These cookies support the service you request. Signing out or clearing site data may require a fresh sign-in.
Cloudflare may use security cookies and signals to protect delivery and check automated requests. The protected staging preview also uses Cloudflare Access. Turnstile is used on enabled enrolment and request forms. These security functions are separate from advertising or visitor profiling.
Private request and partnership workspaces
After explicit email confirmation, a case-scoped HttpOnly session cookie lasts up to 24 hours. The request and partnership workspaces use separate cookies. One-use confirmation proofs expire after 15 minutes for service requests and 20 minutes for partnership applications. Their browser links use a fragment that is cleared before confirmation.
Drafts and preferences on your device
Art Desk saves its active brief and draft library in local storage. It does not send those local briefs or imported backups to our server. Creator Wiki editing can keep a tab-scoped unsaved recovery copy in session storage. Other local interface preferences, such as a view choice, are stored only where the feature uses them. Clearing site data removes local copies. Export important drafts before clearing it.
External content
Ordinary outbound links open another service, whose privacy practices apply. Enabled video playback can connect to Cloudflare Stream. Images and fonts supplied with the site are served through the site delivery infrastructure. A tool listing does not automatically load that tool’s scripts or pass it your private drafts.
Choices and changes
You can clear cookies and site storage in your browser. Blocking security storage can prevent sign-in or private workspaces from working. We do not currently operate optional analytics or advertising storage. Before adding optional analytics, advertising or new third-party embeds, we will assess the storage and consent requirements and update these notices and controls.
